Privacy Policy

Contact and request forms. When you use the contact form or the Ground Handling Supervision Request form, we receive the details you enter: name, email address, phone number, company, your message, and — for ground handling requests — the flight and aircraft details (airline/operator, aircraft type, registration, flight number, dates and times, passenger numbers, requested services).

Supervision and safety reports. The internal report forms collect supervisor name, flight details, services provided, quality ratings, charges, and remarks. These are used for operational record-keeping.

Analytics. If you click "Accept" on the cookie banner, Google Analytics collects aggregate usage data (pages visited, approximate location, device type, referral source).

Form submissions are used to respond to enquiries, prepare service proposals, and deliver or coordinate the services you request. Supervision and safety reports are kept as internal operational records. Analytics data is used to understand how the site is used and to improve it.

We do not sell personal data. We do not use it for advertising profiling.

• Analytics — your consent (given by clicking "Accept" on the cookie banner, withdrawable at any time).
• Responding to enquiries and providing requested services — steps taken before entering into a contract, or legitimate interest.
• Supervision and safety records — legal and operational obligations in air transport supervision.

This site does not set tracking cookies until you click "Accept" on the cookie banner. Your choice is stored in your browser's local storage (aam_cookie_consent), not in a cookie.

If you accept, Google Analytics 4 (GA4, ID G-29FECWB89K) is loaded and may set cookies such as _ga and_gid to distinguish visitors. If you reject, or never choose, no analytics script loads.

To change your choice after deciding, clear the site's local storage in your browser settings and reload — the banner will appear again. You can also block analytics cookies in your browser settings. Google's own data practices are described in Google's privacy policy.

• Google Analytics — site usage analytics (only after consent, see above).
• Google Fonts — the site loads the DM Sans font family from Google's font servers; Google may log the request (IP address) when the font is fetched.
• Google Maps — embedded maps on the contact page showing our office locations. Google may set its own cookies when the maps load.
• AAM Ops Hub — our internal intake system (ops.aam.mk) receives contact and ground handling form submissions and stores them for processing. It is operated for AAM; data stays within the AAM group.
• Web3Forms — form processing service that delivers the notification emails for form submissions.
• Hosting provider — standard web server logs (IP address, browser, time of request) are recorded by the hosting infrastructure for security and operational purposes.

All forms include hidden anti-spam fields. Submissions that appear to come from bots are discarded without being processed.

You may request access to, correction of, or deletion of your personal data, restrict or object to its processing, and — where processing is based on consent — withdraw that consent at any time.
